Personal Training
Personal Training takes place at Ryze Fitness and is designed for clients who want ongoing, hands-on coaching with real-time guidance.
Each session is tailored to your body, goals, and current capacity, with a focus on moving well, building strength, and improving long-term resilience.
Sessions emphasize proper technique, with movements chosen to improve alignment and reveal how your body compensates under stress—so you’re not just getting a workout, you’re learning how to move with more clarity, efficiency, and control.
Guided by Structural Medicine principles, training helps reinforce better movement patterns and build strength in alignment.
This option offers the highest level of support and is best suited for clients who value accountability, structure, and consistent in-person coaching.

Small Group Training
Get the benefits of private training at a better price! Grab an accountability buddy (or two) and come move together. You’ll usually follow a similar workout, with thoughtful modifications or individualized exercises provided as needed to support each person.
2 clients - $150
3 clients - $210

Program Design + Periodic Coaching
This option is designed for clients who prefer to train independently but want a custom routine built specifically for their body and goals, with periodic in-person sessions to refine and progress it.
We begin with an assessment of your structure, movement patterns, and training history to identify compensation patterns, weak links, and opportunities for improvement. From there, I design a personalized program you can follow on your own with clarity and confidence.
Every 2–6 weeks, we meet for a coaching session to refine technique, address new limitations, and update your program so it continues to support progress while reducing injury risk.
Sessions can take place at Ryze Fitness, in your home, or at the location where you train.
Best for:
Independent trainees who want expert guidance, structure, and periodic tune-ups—without weekly supervision.

Movement Refinement Sessions
Movement Refinement Sessions focus on specific movements or patterns, rather than a full training program. These sessions are ideal for refining lifting technique, yoga postures, sport-specific movements, or rebuilding confidence and efficiency after injury.
Using a biomechanics-based approach, we assess how you move, identify restrictions or inefficiencies, and work through targeted corrections, cues, and drills you can apply immediately. The goal is improved movement quality, clarity, and ease—so you can self-correct and train with confidence.
Sessions may be one-off or scheduled periodically, depending on your needs.
