Structural Medicine
The Structural Medicine Integration Series consists of 10+ bodywork sessions, some with multiple parts, designed to systematically realign your body from head to toe. Beginning with the superficial layers, each session progressively works into deeper tissues, helping to unwind restrictions, restore balance, and integrate movement throughout your body.
You can approach the series as a structured process, or you can begin with an assessment session. From there, I’ll evaluate your body’s needs using the series framework alongside your input, specific pain patterns and movement concerns. Each session is always customized to your structure and goals to ensure you receive the greatest benefit from the work - this is a collaborative process.

Structural Analysis
This session consists of structural analysis and myofascial length testing without bodywork. We assess areas of restriction and analyze how they impact your posture and movement.
You’ll leave with a clear understanding of your structural patterns, practical insights into what’s limiting you, and strategies to improve.
